About our Mail Order Service

  • Most UK orders arrive within the first two days. Please wait for 5 working days (or 10 days if you are outside the UK) before contacting us about non-delivery unless you have paid for our Priority delivery service.
  • Your order is handled by Human Beings! If you wish to talk to us about your order at any time, you can call 0333 800 9500 (UK Local Rate) or or +44 (0)1903 203033 (from abroad) or email post@hobgoblin.co.uk
  • We never pass on your details to anyone else.
  • We won't charge your card until the day we send the goods either (excepting Paypal payments which are made up front).
  • If you opt to pay by secure credit or debit card payment, your card details will be securely stored by Sagepay. Hobgoblin Music never sees, handles or stores your card details. However, we will be able to take future payments against the same card details for future orders, which we will only do with your permission. By paying using a credit or debit card, you are indicating that you agree to these terms.
  • All new items sent out by Hobgoblin Mail Order are guaranteed for one year, so if any defects appear, other than those caused by inappropriate handling, you can return the goods to us for repair or, if necessary, replacement.
  • If you change your mind about the order, you can contact us regarding returning the goods to us within a week of you receiving them. You will be refunded the cost of the goods upon our receipt of them in the condition you received them in. Please note that Hobgoblin Music cannot refund postage costs for items that are not faulty.
  • When we ship your goods we will send confirmation and, where possible, a tracking number to the email address you have given us. If we can't ship your goods for any reason, we will contact you by phone, email or letter as early as possible.
  • Our acceptance of your order is subject to our approval and will be indicated by the shipping of your goods. We reserve the right to decline your order and return any funds to you.
  • This is the UK and worldwide site, prices are in pounds sterling and goods are shipped from the UK. If you are in the USA we can serve you better on our USA site
