Summer Festival Staff

We have at least one vacancy for a full time summer worker to join our festival team for 6 - 8 weeks during July and August. We're also always looking for people to help staff our touring festival stall on a fairly casual basis during the summer. These are some useful qualities:
  • Enthusiastic
  • Hardworking
  • Enjoy going to folk festivals
  • Good with people
  • Interest in Folk Music, knowledge of folk musical instruments
  • Hold a driver's licence, happy to drive a van.

    • It's also very helpful if you can play a musical instrument.

    Online Sales Assistant

    This position has been temporarily filled. However we'd still like to hear from local people in the Worthing area who think they fit the bill for this job, in case we decide to expand this department in the future.

    We need a good all-rounder to help us with our online sales on a flexible part-time basis. Good computer skills are essential for this job. The job will involve helping us with our online selling projects (so you need to be very familiar with Internet use), as well as helping out with day to day admin and customer service, including answering the phone and handling mail order sales, as part of a small, friendly team.
    Useful qualities (if you're interested in the job, make sure you mention any of these points that apply to you) :

  • Own transport
  • Knowledge of musical instruments
  • Photography and photo editing skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience of using the Internet
  • Good phone manner and customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic

    • We based in East Worthing, and access is easy by car or by public transport.
