Repairs

Our repair staff can handle many types of problem both on the premises and with outworkers. We undertake any kind of work on all stringed instruments and bows, fretted instruments, Melodeons, Concertinas, Flutes, all Brass and Woodwind.

Each shop has its own stringed instrument repairer on site, and in Crawley, Leeds & Wadebridge we do minor free reed instrument repairs in the shop too. We have regular professional outworkers serving all the shops for woodwind, concertinas and accordions. Please phone before travelling to make sure the repairer you want to see is available.

Custom Made Instruments

We can supply all kinds of custom made instruments, please discuss your requirements with us. Most of the instrument makers whose work we sell are keen to do special orders, and are very helpful with advice. For any custom made or specially adapted item, we need either a 25% deposit, or a signed credit card order (to be billed when the goods are sent). This deposit is only returnable in the event of the goods being defective.
