If you can’t get to one of our shops, our famous Mail Order service is the answer. We can send goods almost anywhere in the world, and we welcome export orders. When we receive your order we will deal with it promptly, the majority of catalogue lines are in stock at any one time, but if there is any delay we will write to you with an estimated delivery date. Small packets are sent by Royal Mail to all destinations. Larger parcels by Parceline to UK and Europe addresses, and by Parcelforce to everywhere else. Delivery In Europe will normally be within 10 days from receipt of your order. A UK Next Day service is available at extra cost. If you order online, but want the next day service, please phone to confirm your order, otherwise we can't guarantee that you will get it the next day.

All our goods are fully guaranteed, new goods for 1 year, secondhand for 6 months, and you can return mail order goods, during the first week you have them if you are not satisfied with them (except custom made instruments and special orders). Notify us first, and ensure that the goods reach us in good condition. If you are buying a one off item, you can phone and reserve it for a week while your payment is in the post. If you need time to organise full payment, send 25% deposit, we’ll hold goods for up to a month.
