CONFIRMED ARTISTS

  • Drowsy Maggie - Probably the Midlands best Irish Folk band, very talented 5 piece group.

  • The Hobgoblin All Stars - The Hobgoblin All Stars is made up of staff from Hobgoblin Music and Wind World in Birmingham. Marcus Coalter is a former All Britain Uillean Pipe champion. Steve Turner is a well respected name on the folk scene who was dragged out of retirement recently to tour with the Hobgoblin Allstars, and former All Britain Piano Accordion and Piano Champion Mark McCabe completes the three piece band.

  • Blackthorn Band - Traditional Irish Music played by a band of multi instrumentalists who give a traditional feel to lively and melodic celtic tunes and songs.

  • Gillie Nicholls - Ex Albion Band member, Gillie is now pursuing a solo career as a singer/songwriter, with her roots firmly planted in jazz. "A lovely collection of songs, beautifully sung, played and produced" (Jim Rodford reviews Vital Signs album).

  • Stuart Jeffs - The resident compere at Legendary Boggery club in Solihull

  • Rob Halligan - "May have the look of Lofty from Eastenders about him, but there is nothing half-hearted about his performance. The archetypal troubadour, his stand-up acoustic set is full of subtle power" Oxford Nightshift Magazine

  • Clive Batkin & Joel McDermott. - Engaging performers, playing instrumental music on Mandolin and Guitar.

  • The Jill Fielding Band. - The Jill Fielding Band play a wide range of traditional and contemporary music, from British writers such as Bill Caddick, Rick Kemp, Les Barker and Vin Garbutt as well as American old traditional contemporary and Appalachian songs, with some local music and song thrown in too!

  • Jug'O'Punch - A kick ass blend of traditional Irish, bluegrass and blues music. Five piece band based in Stoke-on-Trent, with roots in Co. Mayo and Co. Donegal.

  • The Glorishears Of Brummagem - Women's morris dance side from the Birmingham area.

  • Deborah Chapman - Highly recommended newcomer with a voice described as Britain’s answer to Emmylou Harris.

  • Joey Preece - Up and coming singer/songwriter.
